Hotel Kavia Monterrey

The location near major attractions made exploring easy.

The air conditioning in the hallways was not functional. In my room, I experienced inconsistent hot water, often only receiving lukewarm water when I needed a shower. The limited toiletries provided in the room were disappointing, as I expected more amenities for the price I paid.

The hotel provided affordable prices. Came here for 1 night stay, had a good experience. Thoroughly enjoyed the way our twin room with a view was. The staff was affable, very very nice, and responded promptly to requests...

We had a FINE time. A twin room with a view, had basic facilities we needed.

modern venue, fantastic location just next door to great restaurants, macroplaza and the main commercial/pedestrian area of monterey center, and many restaurants, a pedestrian street and all the museums, really enjoyed our stay. booked a room with nice views of the mountains. it was good sized and easy to move around, private bathroom.

All fine, but communication issues

The room wassuper clean and cozy, with a fantastic view. The breakfast offered in the lobby was delicious, and the drinks complemented it well. The hotel's proximity to the MARCO museum and macro plaza.

The location was perfect, right next to the main square. Plus, the staff was friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. The views from the restaurant's balcony were fine, overlooking the vibrant city.

The location is fantastic, with a short walk to Barrio Antiguo and nearby malls. The staff was accommodating.

A concerning incident with staff mishandling guest information overshadowed the stay, leading to unease. The pancakes offered during breakfast were a delicious highlight.

I really loved the comfy beds and the cool rooftop terrace for lounging in the sun. The outdoor pool provided a nice way to relax after a day of exploring. There were no coffee makers in the room, but grabbing a cup from the lobby made it easy to start my mornings right! ☕️

Great location with comfy beds

This place was in a prime spot, super close to everything! The view from my room was nice, and the bed was really comfy. I could've used more pillows, though. It would be awesome if they added a fridge for snacks. The breakfast options were tasty, and the vibe around the hotel was just right.

It was just a commendable fit for getting around area in Monterrey with great value. The clean room was a nice unexpected surprise after a long day of travel.

Family with children Expect mixed experiences

The parking system was a genius move! Super private, just like I like it. The hotel looked very fancy, not cheap at all, and had a nice vibe throughout! The location felt alive and vibrant, definitely kept us entertained.

But it wasn't exactly inexpensive, if you catch my drift.
